Customer Support Dashboard and Ticket Wireframe

Explore a helpdesk prototype with a ticket table, queue filters, linked conversation screen, reply draft and status controls. Plan support workflow states in YAML.

Support queue to ticket conversation

HELPDESK pairs a ticket queue with a representative conversation screen. A CSV-backed table shows synthetic ticket IDs, subjects, priorities and statuses. Open ticket 1042 links to its sample conversation, where an agent can inspect a draft reply, an internal-note choice and a status control.

Adapt this pattern for an IT service desk, customer support console, issue tracker or internal request queue. Use the CRM example for customer-centric records and the Kanban example for stage-based work planning.

Data tables, filters and reply controls

Inspect support-table for rows, cols and CSV data. Header and cell colors are separate supported properties. The queue and conversation each use a column frame to maintain spacing. The table is a visual document element; a separate button makes the navigation target explicit rather than implying clickable table cells.

A production helpdesk may need sorting, pagination, assignment, attachments and audit history. Add representative screens for those requirements instead of assuming they are already implemented.

Design safe message and permission states

Prototype an empty queue, loading failure, restricted ticket, saved draft, public reply and internal note as distinct states. Make the current audience unambiguous before a real send action. Avoid using actual customer messages, credentials or private account data in a shared prototype.

No ticket is saved, resolved or sent from this example. The filter does not query a server, and the reply draft is not an email integration. Permissions, delivery, storage and audit logging belong to the production application.

A bounded change for an agent workflow

Add a read-only ticket state with an explanation and a Back to queue action. Preserve support-table, support-reply and all current links. Do not invent a messaging integration. Return a validated edit proposal.

Review the diff, open each linked state and export the project for handoff. External coding agents can use the hosted MCP tools on the document you supply; they do not remotely control this browser preview.
